The product is missing parts, accessories, packaging, or manuals.

The product shows signs of damage or excessive wear.

The return request is submitted after 30 days.

How to Request a Return

Approval Process: Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Return Shipping: Once approved, we will send you a return label. Pack the product securely and attach the label.

Shipping the Return: Drop off the package at a post office. Do not use a mailbox, as we are not responsible for lost shipments.

Refund Processing: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Non-quality-related returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Opened products: A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Quality-related issues: Free returns may be available depending on your region.
Refunds

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return it first and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures faster processing.
If the item is defective or damaged, email support.us@sublue.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement if needed.
Order Cancellation

Within 24 hours: Free cancellation.

After 24 hours: A 5% cancellation fee applies.

After shipment: The order cannot be canceled, and the return process must be followed.
Price Adjustment Policy

If the price of an item drops within 7 days of your purchase, you may request a price adjustment.

The difference will be refunded within 7-10 business days.

Clearance and final sale items are not eligible.
Warranty

Scooters: 1-year warranty.

Batteries: 6-month warranty.
