We ship to the continental United States, Europe, United Kingdom and Hong Kong

United States: 
We ship from California to the 48 contiguous states and Washington D.C., but not to the following U.S. territories and states:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, and Palau.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

United Kingdom: 

We ship from Scarborough to all areas within mainland UK:

  • England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland.

Hong Kong:

We ship from Tianjin, China to all areas within Hong Kong

  • $20 shipping fee for orders under $100.

  • Delivery time: 2-5 business days.

Europe:

  • Free shipping on orders over €100.

  • €20 shipping fee for orders under €100.

  • Delivery time: 2-5 business days.

United Kingdom:

  • Free shipping on orders over £100.

  • £20 shipping fee for orders under £100.

  • Delivery time: 2-5 business days.

Hong Kong:

  • Free shipping on orders over HK$2000.

  • HK$300 shipping fee for orders under K$2000.

  • Delivery time: 2-5 business days.

FAQ:

1. I ordered multiple items. Will they be delivered at the same time? We strive to deliver all your items together. However, some items may ship separately due to varying shipping methods. You will receive an email notification once each item is dispatched.

2. Can I change the shipping address after the package has been shipped? Once an item is in transit, we are unable to change the shipping address. If you need to update the address before shipment, please contact our support team at support.us@sublue.com.

Important: If the provided address is incorrect and the package cannot be delivered or is lost, the customer will be responsible for any losses. Sublue will not replace or refund orders in such cases.
