The Navbow has an operating depth of 0–40 m (0–131 ft).
The machine body weighs 3,400 g and the battery weighs 1,100 g. The standard battery is 158 Wh, which requires prior airline approval under ICAO regulations. Remove the battery before security screening and carry it as hand luggage — it cannot be checked. A maximum of two batteries per person may be carried on board. Damaged or leaking batteries cannot be transported.
Battery life depends on usage conditions, user weight, and environment. Under typical conditions, the 158 Wh battery provides up to 60 minutes of use.
Store the machine and battery separately: 1) Store in a well-ventilated place at 0–45°C (32–113°F) and 65±20% RH. 2) Keep away from direct sunlight. 3) Keep away from high temperatures, open flames, and out of reach of children. 4) Keep away from strong magnetic fields. 5) To prevent corrosion, run the device for approximately 10 minutes once a month.
After use in salt or fresh water, clean the Navbow within 30 minutes: 1) Submerge the machine (with battery) in clean water for 20 minutes. Do not add any cleaning agents. Some bubbling is normal. 2) For a deeper clean, place the Navbow in a container of water and activate 'Self-Clean' in the SublueGo App. Direct the thruster outlet downward to avoid splashing. 3) Shake the device to dislodge any foreign matter. 4) Dry thoroughly with a clean, soft cloth. Remove the battery and store separately. 5) Dry the battery with a clean cloth and store in a cool, dry, ventilated place.
FREE (low speed): 1.0 m/s (2.2 mph). SPORT (medium speed): 1.5 m/s (3.4 mph). TURBO (high speed): 2.0 m/s (4.5 mph). Speed may vary depending on user weight, water conditions, depth, and any mounted accessories.
1) Store the battery separately at 25±5°C (77±9°F) and 65±25% RH, at a charge level of 30–60%, in a cool, dry, ventilated place. 2) Keep away from direct sunlight and high temperatures. 3) For long-term storage, check the battery at least every 6 months and charge to 60%. 4) Do not charge below 0°C (32°F). 5) Keep the battery at approximately 30% charge during transport.
Green staining may result from prolonged moisture exposure causing copper oxidation. Clean the electrode with a dry cloth and apply a small amount of petroleum jelly (Vaseline) to the contacts. If corrosion is severe, contact Sublue or an authorized service center.

Yes, this is normal. The battery is independently sealed. The Navbow uses contact sealing at the battery terminals only. If water is present on the battery or electrode, dry thoroughly with a clean cloth to prevent corrosion.

The Navbow has positive buoyancy in water and will not sink if released. However, adding external accessories may reduce buoyancy. Always use the included anti-loss leash as a precaution.

Yes. Turn on the multi-function switch and press the start button to flexibly rotate your wrist and arm. For safety, please use it in shallow water and equip yourself with life-saving equipment. People under the age of 16 years should not use it.

The Navbow does not have a built-in camera, but it features a standard GoPro mount and a 1/4" underwater mounting point for attaching action cameras and other accessories.

When battery drops below two bars, the power icon flashes rapidly and the device vibrates three times. When battery drops below one bar, the power icon flashes rapidly and the device vibrates six times.
First, install a counterweight (if only one, place it in the middle hole), then completely submerge the machine in the water and fully exhaust the air, check whether the buoyancy state is up to expectation. If not, continue to increase the counterweight. Adjust three times until reaching your expectation.
Yes. Double-click the left start button while the device is on but not running to activate single-hand mode. Note: additional accessories are required and must be purchased separately from Sublue.
Attach the D-ring buckle before entering the water and connect the one-hand lanyard. Loop it through your diving suit waist strap and adjust to the appropriate length for your arm. Start with both hands, then release one hand once the lanyard is taut and tension is reduced.
In safety lock mode, the device cannot be operated. A safety lock icon will appear on the OLED screen. To unlock, use the SublueGo App.
Yes. When a fault is detected, an alarm icon will appear on the OLED screen every minute.
