Mine had a couple of tiny marks but honestly I stopped noticing them after five minutes. Works perfectly and saved me a decent amount. Would buy open box again.
I was a little hesitant about ordering an open-box unit because I didn't know how “used” it would actually look, but mine arrived in much better condition than expected. There were a couple of small cosmetic marks if I looked closely, but nothing I cared about once it was in the water. Performance has been completely normal and I'd rather save the money on something that's going to pick up a few scratches from travel anyway. For anyone who cares more about using the equipment than having a perfect retail box, this makes a lot of sense.

Went to Cabo San Lucas, and put tried out your product. It was awesome. So many people at the wet bar and pool watched me operating at different speeds and were amazed, so I let a few of them try it out.! They really liked it, wanted the info so they could order one for themselves. so I hope they did and you had some new orders come this week.

Expected obvious signs of previous use but there were only a couple of marks on the casing
I bought the open box version mainly to inspect the hardware quality and honestly I could barely distinguish it from a factory fresh unit. Internal fit and finish feel excellent and performance matched every benchmark I had seen online. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

I was initially hesitant about buying an open-box unit, but the condition exceeded my expectations. Performance felt identical to a brand new scooter. Compared with some cheaper alternatives I have owned before, the build quality is noticeably better and the published specifications seem much closer to real-world usage.
