Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.9 / 5 from 246 reviews.
Mine had a couple of tiny marks but honestly I stopped noticing them after five minutes. Works perfectly and saved me a decent amount. Would buy open box again.
I was a little hesitant about ordering an open-box unit because I didn't know how “used” it would actually look, but mine arrived in much better condition than expected. There were a couple of small cosmetic marks if I looked closely, but nothing I cared about once it was in the water. Performance has been completely normal and I'd rather save the money on something that's going to pick up a few scratches from travel anyway. For anyone who cares more about using the equipment than having a perfect retail box, this makes a lot of sense.
Went to Cabo San Lucas, and put tried out your product. It was awesome. So many people at the wet bar and pool watched me operating at different speeds and were amazed, so I let a few of them try it out.! They really liked it, wanted the info so they could order one for themselves. so I hope they did and you had some new orders come this week.
Mine had a couple of cosmetic marks but worked perfectly in the water
My open box unit had a few light marks but performed exactly like a new one
👍🏻
THIS HAS BEEN AMAZING THANK YOU!
Expected obvious signs of previous use but there were only a couple of marks on the casing
I bought the open box version mainly to inspect the hardware quality and honestly I could barely distinguish it from a factory fresh unit. Internal fit and finish feel excellent and performance matched every benchmark I had seen online. Definitely exceeded my expectations.
Looked almost untouched despite being an open box unit
I was initially hesitant about buying an open-box unit, but the condition exceeded my expectations. Performance felt identical to a brand new scooter. Compared with some cheaper alternatives I have owned before, the build quality is noticeably better and the published specifications seem much closer to real-world usage.
Der Zustand war deutlich besser als erwartet
Bought an opened return version after previously owning a cheaper scooter with fake looking specs and terrible battery degradation surprisingly this still felt premium and performed exactly as expected good to know the battery can be replaced later instead of throwing the whole unit away like other brands
Minor marks only barely noticeable
Could hardly tell it was an opened return
Parecía prácticamente nuevo al abrir la caja
Looked almost brand new honestly
Mine had only a tiny cosmetic mark and on the water it felt exactly how I hoped it would
ours came with a minor cosmetic mark and I stopped noticing it after the first day
I bought open box thinking it would just be a backup and it ended up feeling like a smart buy from day one
I was hesitant at first but once it arrived I stopped thinking about the small cosmetic mark and started thinking about the extra trip we could afford because we saved the difference
ours had one tiny mark on the shell but in the water nobody sees that and it worked like new
