We ship to the continental United States only and do not currently ship to the following U.S. territories or States including; Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Additionally, we do not ship to PO.BOX address. If you are unsure if we service your address, please get in touch with customer service.

*For orders under $499, a shipping fee of $15 will be charged

Sublue is not responsible for any international duties and taxes on your order. All costs collected during the transportation are the sole responsibility of the customer.

FAQ

1. I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

2. Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route. If you would like to change the shipping address before shipping has begun, please contact the Sublue Support Team at support.us@sublue.com

Note: If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. WeCreat will not replace the order or issue a refund.   

Tracking Packages

Any delivery dates provided by Aiper are estimates.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped containing your tracking number(s). You can also review shipping information of your order using this link(https://www.17track.net/en)by entering your tracking number.
