Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer shipping to the continental United States and Europe.

However, we currently do not ship to the following U.S. territories or states: Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Marshall Islands, and Palau.

We also do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, please reach out to our customer service team for confirmation.

 

Note:

If your country is not listed in our website's country list or the address you entered at checkout is invalid, it means that your address is temporarily unable to place an order online. Please contact our sublue global network of distributors, and we will help you find the nearest one to your location.

 


U.S. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times:

  • Free shipping on all orders over $100.00.
  • For orders under $100.00, a shipping fee of $20.00 will apply.
  • Delivery time: 3-7 business days.

Europe Shipping Costs and Delivery Times:

  • Free shipping on all orders over €100.00.
  • For orders under €100.00, a shipping fee of €20.00 will apply.
  • Delivery time: 3-7 business days.

Please note that Sublue is not responsible for any international duties or taxes that may apply to your order. All additional charges during shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

To ensure the fastest delivery times, we partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx.


Shipping Instructions:

  • Accurate information is key: Please ensure that your order includes the correct name, shipping address, and contact details to ensure a smooth delivery process.
  • Inspect your package upon receipt: If the package appears damaged or deformed, please refrain from signing for or opening it. Contact our customer support team immediately at support.us@sublue.com.

FAQ:

1. I ordered multiple items. Will they be delivered at the same time? We strive to deliver all your items together. However, some items may ship separately due to varying shipping methods. You will receive an email notification once each item is dispatched.

2. Can I change the shipping address after the package has been shipped? Once an item is in transit, we are unable to change the shipping address. If you need to update the address before shipment, please contact our support team at support.us@sublue.com.

Important: If the provided address is incorrect and the package cannot be delivered or is lost, the customer will be responsible for any losses. Sublue will not replace or refund orders in such cases.


Package Tracking:

Any delivery date provided is an estimate. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment using the link here.
