For the countries and regions listed below, fixed shipping rates are available directly on our website. If your country or region is not listed, online checkout is currently unavailable for that destination. Please contact us at store@sublue.com for a shipping quote based on your order.

Shipping Notes

1. Shipping charges and import-related fees

Shipping charges are collected at checkout. For orders placed through our website to the destinations listed above, customers generally do not need to pay additional duties, VAT, or other import-related charges after the order is placed.

2. Delivery timeframe

All delivery times shown on the website are estimates only. Actual transit times may vary due to carrier operations, customs processing, weather, local delivery conditions, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Tracking updates

Some international shipments may use dedicated line-haul or regional logistics channels rather than global express couriers. In such cases, tracking information may not update in real time or may show limited status details during part of the journey. If you need assistance, please contact us for the latest shipping status.

4. Multiple packages

If your order includes an underwater scooter together with an extra battery or accessories, the items may be shipped separately. This means you may receive multiple packages, and they may arrive at different times.

5. Final-mile carriers

For domestic delivery or final-mile handoff, we may use carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, or local delivery partners, depending on the destination and shipment route.

Please monitor the tracking updates after dispatch. In some cases, if no one is available at the time of delivery, the package may be redirected to a pickup location designated by the carrier. You may also be able to manage delivery preferences directly through the carrier's website or customer service.


Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package before accepting delivery.

If the outer packaging appears seriously damaged, do not sign for or open the package. Please contact us immediately at store@sublue.com, so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
