How deep can Swii be used?
The Swii is designed for surface use at 0–1 m depth. The sealing is rated to 5 m.
What are the speed modes of the Swii?
The Swii has two speed modes. At a typical user weight of 40 kg: high speed is 1.0 m/s (2.2 mph) and low speed is 0.6 m/s (1.3 mph). Speed can be adjusted via the SublueGo App and the selected gear is retained after shutdown.
What material is Swii made of?
The Swii body is made from EVA — an eco-friendly, shock-absorbing, moisture-resistant foam material that is safe for skin contact.
How to clean Swii after use?
After use, place the Swii in clean water and activate the 'Self-Clean' function in the SublueGo App. The propellers will run automatically to flush out any debris.
Can the machine be used in hot springs?
The recommended operating temperature is -5°C to 40°C (23°F to 104°F). Do not use above 40°C (104°F).
How do I check the remaining battery level?
Turn on the master switch — the breathing light indicates battery level. By default: blinking green = above 60%, yellow = above 30%, red = above 10%, solid red = below 10%.
How long can it be used continuously under water?
Continuous use time: 98 Wh battery — approximately 17 minutes. 158 Wh battery — approximately 25 minutes.
Why is there noise during operation?
The Swii has been rigorously tested and operates at no more than 80 dB. Unusual noise may indicate improper maintenance or debris in the propellers.
Why does the thrust sometimes feel reduced?
Reduced thrust may be caused by a low battery, debris caught in the propellers, or excessive load weight.
Is it normal that the two propellers feel different thrust?
Check for foreign objects in the propellers. If the issue persists, contact Sublue for technical support.
Will the Swii stop automatically if something gets caught in the propeller?
Yes. The motor stops automatically via overload protection if the propeller is obstructed.
What is the Swii buoyancy?
The Swii provides approximately 6 kg of buoyancy.
What should I do if something is caught in the propeller?
Remove the battery and open the thruster front cover. Take out the propeller and clear any debris. For further assistance, contact Sublue or your authorized dealer.
How long is the battery life?
Battery life depends on usage conditions and user weight. Under typical conditions: 98 Wh battery — approximately 30 minutes. 158 Wh battery — approximately 45 minutes.
What are the storage requirements for the battery?
Store the battery at 0°C–40°C (32°F–104°F) and 60±25% RH, at a charge level of 30–50%, in a cool, well-ventilated place. Charge at least once every three months. Do not charge below 0°C (32°F).
What should I do if there are green stains on the battery?
Green staining may result from moisture ingress causing copper oxidation. Contact your dealer for support. As a temporary measure, apply a small amount of petroleum jelly (Vaseline) to the copper contacts.

Is corrosion around the battery electrode contacts normal?
No, corrosion is not normal. Follow the maintenance instructions in the user manual to prevent this. If corrosion occurs, clean with a dry cloth and contact Sublue or your dealer if the issue persists.
Will the battery bulge or expand?
Battery swelling can result from overcharging or over-discharging. Stop use immediately and contact your dealer or Sublue to arrange a replacement. Note: The battery is a consumable item and is not covered under warranty.
Where can I purchase a spare battery?
Spare batteries are available through the Sublue official website or your local authorized dealer.
Is it normal for the battery to heat up?
Yes. Some warmth during use is normal for lithium-ion batteries. If the battery becomes excessively hot, contact your dealer or Sublue.
Can the battery be used in low temperatures?
The battery is a lithium-ion type and its capacity reduces significantly in low temperatures. Operate within 0°C–40°C (32°F–104°F).

Can l charge Swii with other chargers?

Are the Swii thruster bearings prone to damage?
Bearings are durable under normal use. After each use — especially in salt water — rinse the Swii thoroughly with fresh water to prevent bearing damage from salt crystals or debris.

What are the storage requirements?
Store the Swii body and battery separately: 1) Store in a well-ventilated environment at 0°C–50°C (32°F–122°F). The battery has separate storage requirements — see battery storage guidelines. 2) Keep away from direct sunlight. 3) Avoid poor ventilation or humidity above 65%. 4) Keep away from high temperatures, open flames, and out of reach of children. 5) Keep away from strong magnetic fields. 6) To prevent mould, run the device for approximately 10 seconds once a month.
Can Swii be taken on plane?
The Swii weighs approximately 5 kg (including battery), making it suitable for travel. The battery capacity is 158 Wh, which requires prior airline approval under ICAO regulations. A maximum of two batteries per person may be carried on board and cannot be checked. Damaged or leaking batteries cannot be transported.
How to maintain the machine?
After Swii used in sea water or fresh water, please clean it as the following steps within 30min:
1.Fully immerse the Swii in a container filled with water for 20 minutes.
Note:
①Do not add laundry detergent, abluent, etc. in the water.
②When Swii is immersed in water, some bubbles will be discharged from the body holes. This is not a malfunction.
2. Press the switch with both hands to make Swii run in the semi-air for 2 seconds, repeated 5 times, or soak in clear water for 20 minutes.
Note:
①To prevent body splashing during operation, push the propeller nozzle towards the bottom of the container.
②The Swii has great thrust in water, please lift the machine slightly out of the water for better clean and control.
3.Shake and clean the body of Swii to remove the objects attached on it.
4, Wipe the water off with a clean, soft cloth, ensuring the water around the body and battery wiped clean. Then takeout the battery, put it and body separately in a well-ventilated place. Do not use a hair dryer for drying.

The snorkel worked but when the dive mask came it was shattered
Went to Cabo San Lucas, and put tried out your product. It was awesome. So many people at the wet bar and pool watched me operating at different speeds and were amazed, so I let a few of them try it out.! They really liked it, wanted the info so they could order one for themselves. so I hope they did and you had some new orders come this week.
I bought this for my grandchildren -Age 10 & 7 and they both loved it. The adults loved it as well. I just wished I would of bought the xtra battery -So that is on my list to buy as soon as possible as well as another Sublue Pro Mix.
