1. How long is the BN Pro warranty?
We confidently support our products and services. The BN Pro unit has a 3-year warranty, the consumables including roller brush and filter basket are not guaranteed. 2. What's the difference between BN Pro and other pool robots?
Compared with other pool robots, BN Pro innovatively adopts the Geoguru full pool planning navigation system, which is the first intelligent wireless pool cleaning robot in the world to realize first mapping planning, and then navigation cleaning. Via multi-sensor data fusion, it maps the shape of your pool and plans the optimal cleaning route so that it can be cleaned efficiently, with no duplicate paths and complete coverage, and you never have to worry about missing any corner of your pool. 4. Can BN Pro collect leaves, pebbles or sand from the pool?
Yes, BN Pro uses a 100W high-power suction pump, which can produce 18 cubic meters of filtration per hour, and the powerful suction can even directly suck up stones with a diameter of 3cm and a weight of 20g, even large leaves with a length of 20cm can also be easily done. At the same time, the design of the double-layer filter can filter the minimum 70 microns of dirt, whether it is dust, gravel, worms, leaves, hair, etc., it can be easily collected.
5. Will BN Pro get stuck on my pool drain and stop cleaning?
We've done a lot of pool testing, and the BN Pro's tank-like track design provides a strong grip that can easily pass through a variety of common drains.
6. Can I use BN Pro when swimming?
BN Pro itself will not cause harm to the human body when working in water, but the water emitted by the robot may interfere with swimming. At the same time, swimming may affect the cleaning path of the robot, so we strongly recommend that you do not use the pool robot while swimming or splashing.
7. Can BN Pro clean the pool steps?
BN Pro can climb up the steps easily, but the robot is not designed for cleaning the steps. The size of the robot is larger than the width of the normal steps, so it is difficult for the robot to turn around the steps and clean them effectively. This is a design trade-off. When the robot is working in bottom mode, it does not actively climb the steps. In Wall mode and Full cleaning mode, it will climb the steps and back down normally to continue cleaning.
8. Is BN Pro available for saltwater pools?
BN Pro works well in salt water. The whole machine is made of rust-resistant and corrosion-resistant plastic materials. Through 96-hour salt spray test and 2-year high concentration salt water immersion experiment, it ensures that the machine parts will not rust in the brine environment. Please feel free to use it. It should be noted that if your pool is pure sea water, due to the high buoyancy, in order to ensure that the robot can work in a normal posture in the water, we need to add an additional weight designed for sea water pools, which needs to be purchased separately.
9. How many cleaning modes does BN Pro have?
There are 5 cleaning modes, 1. Smart cleaning (map navigation, only clean the bottom of the pool), 2. Floor cleaning (clean pool bottom only), 3. Wall cleaning (clean pool wall and water line), and 4. All-round cleaning (clean pool bottom, pool wall and water line), 5. Remote cleaning. You can select the mode according to your needs through the body control panel button or the app.
10. How long will the BN Pro last after afull charge?
The BN Pro has a large battery capacity of 28600mAh/10.95V, allowing it to work longer and clean larger swimming pools, with a maximum battery up to 3 hours.
11. Does BN Pro stop cleaning if it encounters aslope or a big obstacle in a swimming pool?
Of course not. During the cleaning process, once BN Pro encounters a large obstacle in the pool, it will automatically avoid and continue to clean. When a smaller obstacle is encountered, BN Pro will go over it and continue to clean. If there is a slope in the pool, BN Pro can still move steadily and clean the slope smoothly, rather than stop cleaning.
12. If the BN Pro battery dies during or after cleaning,do I need to retrieve it from the pool?
No, you don't have to. When the battery level drops below 5% or cleaning is complete, the BN Pro will automatically stop next to the pool wall. Then you can click the button "LIFT" in the app and the BN Pro will automatically climb up and wait at the water line for 2 minutes. You can lift it out of the pool conveniently.
13. Is there a set route for BN Pro to clean thepool?
Yes. As the first pool robot in the industry to achieve mapping navigation, BN Pro will automatically plan the cleaning route according to your pool shape in smart mapping mode, BN Pro will clean the pool along the planned "spiral" route, without repeating the path, which helps to improve battery life and cleaning efficiency to reduce the loss of the robot. For the rest of the mode BN Pro will follow a fixed "S-shaped" cleaning route, so you don't have to worry about missing any corner of the pool.
14. Can BN Pro climb and clean pool walls?
Yes. If you want to clean the walls and water lines of the pool, you can choose Wall cleaning mode or All-round cleaning through the panel button or App, and BN Pro will climb the wall and start cleaning automatically.
15. Which plug does BN Pro use?
BN Pro has a variety of standard plugs, such as European standard, American standard, etc. BlueNexus will configure the corresponding standard plugs for different regions.
16. What is the battery life of the BN Pro?
The BN Pro uses a high-performance 18650 lithium-ion battery. Under normal use, the battery holds more than 80% of the battery's initial capacity after 300 full charge and discharge cycles.
17. Can BN Pro be used normally without buoy?
Of course. You can directly use the body control panel to achieve one-click start, which is more convenient. If you want to experience more features of BN Pro, it is recommended that you use the buoy connection app. BN Pro will show you remote cleaning, real-time view of cleaning maps, cleaning logs and many other features.
