Warranty Coverage

Mix, MixPro, Navbow, Navbow+, Swii, Tini and Hagul EZ Underwater Scooter

The warranty period for each part of the product is as follows:

• Body and Main Control Board (body, main control board, Hall button, electronic cabin, front end cover assembly, rear end cover): 12 months
• Motion System (motor, motor-driver board, propeller assembly, bearing): 12 months
• Battery and Charger: 12 months

Vapor Underwater Scooter

The warranty period for each part of the product is as follows:

• Host Machine (buoyancy chamber, screen, main casing, handle and handle bracket, circuit, propeller): 24 months
• Motor: 24 months
• Battery and Charger: 12 months

BN / BN Pro Pool Robotic Cleaner

The warranty period for each part of the product is as follows:

• Device parts (not including consumable parts): 36 months

H1 / H1+ Waterproof Phone Case

The warranty period for each part of the product is as follows:

• Host Machine: 12 months

How to Claim Warranty

If you believe your device is defective (for example, if it is unable to turn on), please reach out to our customer service team at support@sublue.com. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product. We will guide you through the next steps.

Please Note

• Service Fees: In certain regions, a service fee of up to 20% of the order price may apply for warranty claims. Please contact customer service for specific details.
• Evidence: Warranty claims must be supported by reasonable evidence that the issue occurred within the warranty period. Please keep your original purchase receipt and the product's serial number to validate your warranty.
• Replacement Products: If a product is replaced under warranty, the replacement item does not renew the original warranty period.

Exclusions and Limitations

1. Wear and Tear: Cosmetic changes such as scratches or scuffs due to regular use, or damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect, are not covered under the warranty.
2. Improper Use: The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or mishandling.
3. Unauthorized Repairs: Any attempt to open, disassemble, or repair the device or its accessories by anyone other than an authorized technician will void the warranty.
4. Scope of Coverage: This warranty applies only to defects arising from normal use and does not cover damage due to improper handling.

Returns and Exchanges

• Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, we are happy to assist with a replacement or exchange.
• Quality Issues: If the product has a quality issue, we will provide a replacement, but we do not offer refunds unless required by law.

Additional Information

• Proof of Purchase: To validate your warranty claim, keep your purchase receipt and product serial number. This will help ensure a smooth and efficient process.
• Misuse: Damage caused by improper use is not covered under the warranty, and no replacement or repair will be provided.

Important Notes

• The warranty covers functional defects affecting the device's operation, but does not cover cosmetic damage from normal use (such as scratches or marks).
• Returns for products with quality issues will be processed as exchanges. Refunds are not provided unless the product cannot be replaced.
