1 Year Limited Warranty Policy

Sublue warrants this device for 1 YEAR after the original date of purchase against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials arising from Normal Use of the device

Please contact us if you find a defect, such as not being able to turn on the device. (In some regions, we may charge a service fee of 20% of the order price, please contact our customer service for details. ) SuBlue reserves all the right to the interpretation.

Claims under warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence that the date of the claim is within the warranty period. To validate your warranty, please keep your original purchase receipt and serial number on the product with these warranty conditions for the duration of the warranty period. Replacement products claimed under warranty are not entitled to renew 1-year warranty coverage.

Please Note:
①Cosmetic changes due to regular wear and tear or damage from accident, misuse, or neglect are not included. Any attempt to open or disassemble the device (or its accessories) will void the repair.
②If the device is damaged due to improper personal use (including breakage), the warranty is not available to apply under the situation.
③Returns due to product quality problems can only be exchanged.
