1.MixPro will shut down automatically after 10 min without running, and the LED lights will also turn off automatically.
2.Take out the battery directly to shut it down
Will it be found if MixPro accidentally falls underwater？
MixPro can float on the water within 5m depth. According to different usage conditions, choose the proper measures:
1. Use with a floater (only within 5m depth).
2. Use with a safety leash (in any condition).
Can people who can't swim use MixPro?
Yes. Please use it in safe waters with life-saving device, The users over 8 years old must be accompanied by a guardian.
How to switch on MixPro?
1.Ensure the battery is fully charged and install it correctly.
2.Long press the left start button for 3s until the indicator light turns on to switch on MixPro.

How to switch the speed?

Even though the Mix and MixPro both use the same No. 26 universal battery, why does the MixPro last 60 mins while the Mix lasts 30 minutes？
MixPro uses the latest motor technology from Sublue and further optimizes the fluid dynamics of the model. As a result, MixPro has better energy efficiency and longer battery life.
Can l bring the MixPro battery on the plane?
MixPro standard battery is 122Wh, within the range of portable boarding, but the customer need to report to the airline in advance and get approval. (Due to different requlations for each airline, there is a risk of being refused by a few airlines. Therefore, please consult the airline or airport in advance about carrying battery, so as not to delay the trip.) In addition, we also has the optional 98Wh battery, which is more convenient to carry on the plane.
How to judge the 16 battery is fully charged?
There is a LED indicator light in the upper right corner of the adapter, the light color shows the battery state:
1.Green light shows the battery is charged fully.
2.Red light shows the battery is not charged fully.
Does MixPro has a low battery warning?
Yes. The power lights indicate the battery state:
1.Low battery warning: The battery indicator lights become red and flash once.
2.Very low battery warning: The battery indicator lights become red and flashes 3 times quickly.
How to store and maintain the battery?
1.Take out the battery and store it separately when the power level is 30- 60%
2.Do not charge the battery below 0'c
3.During transportation, keep the battery in low power (about 30%)
4. If it is stored for a long time, please check the battery at least each 3 months and charge it to 60% (at least 1 hour).
How long can the 21 battery be charged fully?
≤2hours.
How long is the battery life?
Under normal use, the battery can be charged and discharged about 200 times. * After 200 times of use, the performance will be siqnificantly declined, but it does not mean the battery is damaged. Please pay special attention to the battery status, replace it in time if necessary.
