Lanyard Puzzle

I got the Lanyard because my Sublue Tini is not as buoyant as my Yamaha model. It is a bit of a puzzle because it did not come with instructions. It looks like it should clip on to the unit and then strap to your wrist. It doesn’t just clip on. It seems to be for a different unit. I don’t hate it, it’s just a mismatch odd pairing.
