1. How to store the Hagul EZ if it is not be used for a long time?
If the product will not be used for an extended period, store it according to the following guidelines: 1) Store in a cool, well-ventilated environment at 0–45°C (32–113°F) and 65±20% RH. 2) Keep away from direct sunlight. 3) Keep away from high temperatures, open flames, and out of reach of children. 4) Keep away from strong magnetic fields. 5) Run the device for approximately 10 seconds once a month to prevent corrosion from environmental changes. 6) Charge the battery at least once every three months.
2. How to clean the Hagul EZ after use?
After use in fresh or salt water, clean the Hagul EZ as follows: 1) Rinse and soak all parts thoroughly. 2) While powered on, press both start buttons simultaneously to run the device in water for 3 seconds. Repeat 5–10 times. 3) Shake the device to remove any foreign matter. 4) Dry with a soft cloth, ensuring the device is completely dry before storage. Do not use a dryer.

The Hagul EZ uses a magnetic charging adapter that is not compatible with other Sublue products. However, the charging cable is universal across the Sublue range.
