The warranty period starts from the date of delivery, and proof of purchase is required for all claims:

How do I file a warranty claim?

How Do I Clean My Underwater Scooter After Using It in Saltwater?
After each use in saltwater, rinse your underwater scooter thoroughly with fresh water. For best results, soak the scooter in fresh water for approximately 30 minutes to help dissolve salt deposits.
While the scooter is submerged, briefly run the propellers for 2–3 seconds and repeat this 2–3 times. This helps flush salt, sand, and debris from the internal components and propeller guards.
Regular cleaning helps prevent corrosion and keeps your scooter performing at its best.
Should I Store the Battery Inside the Scooter?
Answer: No.
We recommend storing the battery separately from the main unit whenever the scooter is not being used.
Before removing or storing the battery, make sure both the scooter and battery are completely dry. Storing them separately helps reduce moisture exposure and protects the electrical contacts.
For Navbow and Mix series products, it is also recommended to leave the battery cover off during storage.
How Often Should I Charge My Battery During Long-Term Storage?
If you do not plan to use your underwater scooter for an extended period, recharge the battery at least once every three months.
Periodic charging helps maintain battery health and prevents excessive discharge during storage.
Do I Need to Apply Silicone Grease to the Battery Contacts?
Answer: Yes.
Applying a thin layer of silicone grease to the battery contacts and the corresponding contact points inside the scooter can help protect against moisture and corrosion.
Only a small amount is needed. Excess grease should be avoided.
For new products, applying a thin layer of silicone grease to the contacts before the first battery installation is recommended.
Is It Normal to Find Water Inside the Navbow Battery Compartment?
Answer: Yes.
It is normal to find a small amount of water inside the outer battery compartment of Navbow and Navbow+.
The waterproof seal is provided by the internal O-ring, not the outer battery cover. However, before reinstalling the battery, always dry the compartment and inspect the contacts for any remaining moisture.
How Do I Use the Self-Cleaning Feature on the Vapor?
- Open the Sublue Go app and connect your Vapor via Bluetooth.
- Place the scooter completely in fresh water.
- Navigate to the settings menu and enable the Self-Cleaning function.
- The scooter will automatically start and stop its motors, creating water flow that helps flush salt, sand, and debris from the internal body and propellers.
- Allow the cleaning cycle to complete before removing the scooter from the water.
After cleaning, gently shake out excess water and dry the exterior with a soft towel before removing the battery.
