1. How deep can SUBLUE Mix dive in the water?
The Mix has a maximum operating depth of 40 m (131 ft).
2. What is the speed of SUBLUE Mix?
The Mix generates 8 kgf of thrust underwater. Speed varies by user weight — under typical conditions, it reaches approximately 1.2 m/s (2.7 mph).
3. Is it normal for the charger to be hot when charging?
Yes, some warmth during charging is normal.
4. How to maintain and care the machine?
After the MIX used in seawater or fresh water, please clean it in the following steps within 30 minutes:
1.Fully immerse the MIX in a container filled with water for 20 minutes.
Note:
①Do not add laundry detergent, abluent, etc. in the water
②When the MIX is immersed in water, some bubbles will be discharged from the holes in the fuselage. This is not a malfunction.
2. Press the switch with both hands to make the MIX run in the semi-air and half water for 2 seconds, repeated 5 times, or soak in water for 20 minutes.
Note:
①To prevent body splashing during operation, push the nozzle of the propeller towards the bottom of the container.
②The MIX has great thrust in water,please lift the machine slightly out of the water for better clean and control.
3. Shake and clean the body of the MIX to remove various objects attached on it.
4. Wipe the water off with a clean, soft cloth, ensuring the water around the body and battery is wiped clean. Then take out the battery, put it and body separately in a cool, ventilated place to dry. Do not use a hair dryer for drying.
5. Can SUBLUE Mix be taken to the plane?
The Mix body weighs 2,900 g and 3,500 g with the floater — compact enough for travel. However, as the battery capacity is 122 Wh, it falls within the carry-on limit set by ICAO and most airlines, but prior airline approval is required. A maximum of two batteries per person may be carried on board and cannot be checked. Damaged or leaking batteries cannot be transported.
6. What are the storage requirements?
The MIX host and battery should be stored separately in the package, please follow the guidelines below:
1.Please ensure the machine is stored in a cool and ventilated environment of 0℃-50℃(Batteryshould follow the battery storage conditions separately).
2.Avoid place in direct sunlight.
3. Avoid placing it in poor ventilation or humidity above 65%.
4.Keep away from heat, fire and children's touchable locations.
5.Keep away from equipment that may generate strong magnetic fields.
6.To prevent the machine from becoming moldy, take out it once a month and run it for about 10 seconds.
7. What's the use of the shift switch on the machine?
The safety lock prevents the Mix from activating accidentally during transport or storage.
8. How long can it be used continuously under water?
Approximately 15 minutes of continuous underwater use.
9. In which areas can Mix be used?
The Mix is suitable for open water environments including swimming pools, lakes, and the ocean.
10. Can the Mix dive with the floater attached?
The floater gives the Mix slightly positive buoyancy, so it is not recommended for deep diving with the floater attached.
11. If the five red lights are on, is the battery power low?
Yes. Five red indicator lights signal a low battery.
12. Will Mix leak electricity in the water?
No. The Mix uses a sealed design that prevents electrical leakage underwater.
13. The two propellers feel like they have different thrust levels.
Check for foreign matter caught in the propellers. If the issue persists, contact Sublue for technical support.
14. What is the size of the Mix package?

15. Is 110V voltage rechargeable?
Yes, the charger supports 110 V input.
16. Will the machine be lost if accidentally get out of hand during use?
Yes. An anti-loss leash is included — wear it during use to prevent accidental loss.
17. Will the water blow your face?
Adjusting your hand grip angle can redirect propeller wash away from your face.
18. Why sometimes feel the thrust small?
Reduced thrust may be caused by a low battery, debris caught in the propellers, or excessive load weight.
19. Is there something wrapped around the propeller during use, will the machine stop itself?
Yes. The motor will stop automatically via overload protection if the propeller is obstructed.
20. Why is there noise?
The Mix has undergone rigorous testing and operates at no more than 80 dB. Unusual noise may indicate improper maintenance or debris in the propellers.
21. What should do if the propeller is wrapped around something?
Remove the battery, open the propeller cover, and take out the propeller to clear any debris. For further assistance, contact Sublue or your authorized dealer.
22. How long is the battery life?
Battery life depends on usage conditions, user weight, and environment. Under typical conditions, a fully charged battery lasts approximately 40 minutes.
23. What are the storage conditions for the battery?
Store the battery at 0°C–40°C (32°F–104°F) and 60±25% RH. Maintain a charge level of 30–50%. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Charge at least once every three months. Do not charge below 0°C (32°F).
24. There are some green stains on the battery.
Green staining on the battery contacts may result from moisture ingress causing copper oxidation and corrosion. Contact your dealer or Sublue for support. As a temporary measure, a small amount of petroleum jelly (Vaseline) can be applied to the copper contacts.
25. What is the battery type and specification?

26. Will the battery bulge and expend?
Battery swelling can result from overcharging or over-discharging. Stop use immediately if swelling occurs and contact your dealer or Sublue to arrange a replacement. Note: The battery is a consumable item and is not covered under warranty.
27. What is the voltage of the charger?
Input: AC 100–240 V, 50/60 Hz, 1.8 A. Output: DC 12 V.
28. Is corrosion normal around battery electrode contacts?
Mostly caused by improper maintenance, please follow the user manual of maintenance rules to avoid or reduce this problem.
29. What should do if the front and back propeller covers cannot be closed?
Forcing the propeller covers open may damage the locking clips. If the covers no longer close properly, contact Sublue or an authorized service center for a replacement.
30. Dose the machine have lighting?
The Mix does not have built-in lighting. Compatible lighting accessories are available separately.
31. What is the role of the floator?
The floater gives the Mix slightly positive buoyancy, allowing it to float to the surface when released underwater.
32. Can I use the floator to float on the water always?
The floater provides only slight positive buoyancy to keep the Mix afloat when released. It is not a life-saving device and should not be used as one.
33. Is the universal external serial port hanging freely?
The accessory mount is designed to standard dimensions and is compatible with fittings of matching size.
34. Can I charge Mix batteries with other chargrs?
Always use the dedicated charger supplied with the Mix. Using third-party chargers may damage the battery.
35. Does the floator install easily?
Yes. The Mix features dedicated floater mounting lugs and clear installation instructions for quick, tool-free attachment.
36. Is Mix propeller bearing easily damaged?
Bearings are durable under normal use. After each use — especially in salt water — rinse the Mix thoroughly with fresh water to prevent bearing damage from salt crystals or debris.
37. Can Mix take video?
The Mix does not have a built-in camera, but it features a standard action camera mount for underwater filming.
38. Is it convenient to install a Gopro camera?
Yes. Both the Mix body and floater have standard mounting points for direct GoPro attachment.
39. How long does the battery charge?
A full charge takes approximately 4 hours with the standard charger. A fast charger (optional) reduces this to approximately 2 hours.

After comparing current draw and actual runtime with two other brands I own this one feels much more honestly engineered. The performance doesn't rely on exaggerated marketing numbers. The buoyancy chamber also makes a real difference because I never worry about the scooter sinking if someone lets go.

I tried another brand before purchasing this and the difference became obvious after the first few sessions. The competitor claimed much higher thrust but struggled once underwater. This unit feels more balanced and reliable. The floating design is reassuring as well because I don't need to worry about losing it if someone accidentally lets go.
Easy enough to learn during the first afternoon
Most of the other brands I tested online claimed crazy speeds but felt weak once underwater this one actually performs consistently and feels much more refined being able to bring the battery on flights was a huge advantage during our Greece holiday and the floater kept it from sinking when my son accidentally let go near the dock
