How to power off MixPro?
MixPro powers off automatically after 10 minutes of inactivity. To power off immediately, remove the battery.
What happens if the MixPro is accidentally released underwater?
With the floater attached, the MixPro will float to the surface within 5 m depth. For added security, always use the included safety leash, which works at any depth.
Can people who can't swim use MixPro?
Yes. Always use in safe, supervised waters with appropriate safety equipment. Users under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
How to switch on MixPro?
Ensure the battery is fully charged and correctly installed. Long-press the left start button for 3 seconds until the indicator light turns on.

How to switch the speed?
While the device is running, quickly press the right start button twice within 0.5 seconds. The indicator light will change colour to confirm the speed change — purple for low speed, orange for high speed.

Up to 60 minutes under normal use. Battery life is based on discontinuous operation with a fully charged battery under typical conditions.

MixPro uses the latest motor technology from Sublue and further optimizes the fluid dynamics of the model. As a result, MixPro has better energy efficiency and longer battery life.
Can l bring the MixPro battery on the plane?
The MixPro standard battery is 122 Wh, which falls within the carry-on allowance for most airlines. Prior airline approval is required. Regulations vary by airline — please confirm before travel to avoid any disruption.
How do I know when the battery is fully charged?
The LED indicator on the charger shows the charging status — red while charging, green when fully charged.
Does MixPro has a low battery warning?
Yes. Low battery warning: the battery indicator lights turn red and flash once. Critical battery warning: the indicator flashes red three times rapidly.
How to store and maintain the battery?
Store the battery separately at a charge level of 30–60%. Do not charge below 0°C (32°F). During transport, keep the battery at approximately 30% charge. For long-term storage, check the battery at least every 3 months and top up to 60% (minimum 1 hour of charging).
How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
2 hours or less with the included fast charger.
How long is the battery life?
Under normal use, the battery supports approximately 200 charge cycles. After 200 cycles, performance will gradually decline. Monitor battery condition regularly and replace when necessary.
What is the charging voltage?

Can I lose my phone when using a waterproof phone case?
No. An included phone safety leash keeps your phone secure. Always attach it before use.
Can the floater be disassembled?
Yes.
What is the use of the floater?
The floater gives the MixPro positive buoyancy, allowing it to float to the surface if accidentally released. Use the floater only within 5 m (16 ft) depth.
ls there a waterproof phone case in the accessories?
The waterproof phone case is not included with the standard MixPro. It is available as an optional accessory and must be purchased separately.
Can l disassemble the MixPro phone case holder?
Yes.
What is the size and clamp range of MixPro waterproof phone case holder?

What are the precautions of MixPro waterproof phone case holder?
Always use the phone case holder together with the floater. Tighten the securing nut with appropriate force — do not overtighten, as this may damage the phone case or device.
How many mount points are there in MixPro and what is the use?
The MixPro has two mounting points. The front mount on the main body is a universal sports camera mount — compatible with the floater and action cameras. The rear mount on the floater uses a 1/4-20 UNC thread and is compatible with the waterproof phone case holder and other matching accessories.

I wanted something with a little more punch than an entry-level scooter but didn't necessarily need a full-size professional DPV, and the MixPro landed in a really nice spot. There's a clear difference in acceleration when you move up through the power settings, and it feels much more capable once you get into open water. We used it several days in a row on a coastal trip and it never felt like a novelty after the first day. It became part of the gear we actually wanted to take into the water every time.

This feels like a genuine upgrade rather than just a cosmetic refresh. Acceleration is smoother the throttle response is more refined and thermal performance stays consistent over longer dives. The battery management system also appears much more stable than several competing models I have tested.

Many brands advertise unrealistic runtime figures that only seem possible in ideal conditions. This one maintained consistent performance throughout the battery cycle and the fast charging option makes a noticeable difference.
I rented another well known scooter brand in Dubai before buying this and honestly the advertised runtime was completely unrealistic this one feels much closer to what the company claims acceleration underwater is smooth and stable and the fast charging plus removable battery setup works really well during yacht trips around Ibiza
Secondo me è il punto giusto fra compattezza e prestazioni entra ancora bene in macchina o in barca ma in acqua ha già quella spinta in più che si sente soprattutto dopo diversi minuti di utilizzo
