Is it normal for VAPOR Pro to slow down after a few seconds in the air?
It's normal. The motor is not allowed to run in the air atwhichever level of speed. For safety reasons, the product will reduce its speed after 5 seconds when running the motor in the air.
Does VAPOR Pro sink down when theuser removes his or her hands off?
This product is micro-positive buoyancy. In the water off the hands will float to the surface slowly.

How many speed gears does VAPOR Pro have,and how to switch?
There are 4 speed gears as below:
First gear: 6 km/h (3.73 mph);
Second gear: 8 km/h (4.97 mph);
Third gear: 10 km/h (6.21 mph);
Fourth gear: 12km/h (7.46 mph).
Gear 4 is unavailable when battery power is below 30%. Press the speed gear once to increase it, total 4 speed gears. When operating at Gear 4, Vapor Pro will automatically switch down to Level 3 after 2 consecutive minutes. Gear 4 is unavailable when battery power is below30%.
What's the running time of VAPOR Pro at full battery?
Gear 4 delivers top speed for up to 2 consecutive minutes before automatically shifting to Gear 3 to prevent overheating. It can be re-engaged immediately and used for up to five cycles (10 minutes total).
The remaining 30% battery capacity provides up to 6 minutes of runtime in Gear 3. Gear 4 is unavailable when battery level is below 30%.

Can VAPOR Pro provide depth warning and depth change rate settings?
Depth warning setting, you can set the depth warning value according to your own situation. When the actual depth reaches the set warning value, the motor will stop running until it returns to within the warning value.
Depth change rate setting, you can set a specific value or not. When the rate of change of depth exceeds the set value, the motor will stop running to avoid the user due to the rate of change of depth is too large and increase the risk of diving disease. This function is turned off when the user selects no restrictions.
Why is VAPOR Pro calibrated before use?
Products with multiple sensors. Long distance transportation or prolonged uncalibrated use may lead to distortion of parameters, after calibration can effectively improve the accuracy of parameters.
Can VAPOR Pro run in air?
Do not use it for more than 10S in non-underwater environment in order to protect the motor life. If there is any abnormal state (such as burnt smell, etc.),immediately release the button switch to stop the machine, and disconnect the power supply of the power system and control system .
Does VAPOR Pro have external support?

Can VAPOR Pro connect to the SublueGO?
It can connect to the SublueGO APP. After connection, you can use the APP to configure settings, share user data, and access the self-diagnosis and self-cleaning features.
How to maintenance VAPOR Pro after use?
After using the product, please use water to clean the machine, and you can remove the dirt or stains attached to the machine by shaking or wiping with a soft cloth.
After cleaning, please shake the machine to remove as much residual water as possible.
Wipe the machine with a clean, dry soft cloth.
Note:
Do not remove the battery during cleaning.
A small amount of water will still flow out of the machine after cleaning, this is normal.
If you use sharp or hard objects to wipe the product during cleaning, it will cause scratches.
After cleaning, please remove the battery as soon as possible, and use a soft cloth to wipe the external surface of the battery.
After cleaning, the battery can be placed in a cool and ventilated place to dry, do not use hair dryers and other equipment or or place it in the sun.
For long-term storage, apply grease to both the battery terminals and the corresponding contacts on the device to protect them from corrosion.

Can the battery be used in low temperature？
When using the battery below 0°C, the battery power will plummet, causing a dramatic reduction in operating time. Charging the battery is strictly prohibited at this temperature.
How to know the left power?
The rear of the battery features a power display switch and a power display light. Toggle the power display switch and the power display light will show the remaining capacity.
What should users pay attention to when changing the battery?
Do not change the battery in the water,always change the battery in a dry environment and make sure the equipment and hands are dry.
How should battery be stored when not in use?
The battery should be stored in a cool and ventilated place at 25±5℃, with an optimal humidity of 65±20% RH, and the power of about 30-60%.
Note: If the battery is stored for a long time, please check the battery power at least once every 3 months and charge the battery to 60%.
Why does the battery life decrease when I use it in winter?
Because the effective capacity of batteries decreases when used in low-temperature environments, which is an inherent characteristic of batteries. If you need to use it at low temperatures, please evaluate the return time.

I’ve used a few underwater scooters before and this is the first one that actually feels as powerful in the water as the spec sheet suggests. The acceleration hits hard, top speed feels seriously fast, and the thrust stays strong instead of fading once the battery starts dropping. What impressed me most is how controlled it still feels at full power. It’s not just fast for the sake of being fast. The whole thing feels planted and precise underwater. Definitely overkill for casual pool use, but for open water and yacht days this thing is an absolute blast.
Went to Cabo San Lucas, and put tried out your product.
It was awesome. So many people at the wet bar and pool watched me operating at different speeds and were amazed, so I let a few of them try it out.! They really liked it, wanted the info so they could order one for themselves. so I hope they did and you had some new orders come this week.
I bought this for my grandchildren -Age 10 & 7 and they both loved it.
The adults loved it as well. I just wished I would of bought the xtra battery -So that is on my list to buy as soon as possible as well as another Sublue Pro Mix.
